Sandwiches come with a choice of blue corn chips with garlic chili aioli or ripple chips.

Tavern Burgers 3 ways
You choose from grass fed beef, chicken breast or Tavern black bean burger on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and pickle.

#1 Traditional Swiss cheese, jalapeno bacon, coffee onions, lettuce, tomato and special sauce.

#2 Drunken mushroom, swiss and sour cream, coffee onions, lettuce and tomato.

#3 Southwest. Savory cheese, sundried tomato and pepper mix, jalapeno bacon, lettuce, tomato and coffee onions with chipotle mayo. Guacamole on the side.

Honey Garlic Mustard Chicken
Marinated chicken breast served on a toasted cranberry orange ciabatta bun with mayo, avocado, lettuce and tomato.

Cuban
Shredded barbacoa pork panini style on ciabatta with chipotle aioli, swiss cheese and kosher pickles.

Maui Waui

BLAT
Loads of apple bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado and mayo on toasted rye bread.

Gyro
Savory spiced lamb strips on a warm pita with tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, onion, kalamata olives and tzatziki. Sub Lemon Chicken

Bean Burrito
Our stout black beans and rice loaded into a tortilla con queso, grilled and smothered in green chili sauce. Served with greens, sour cream, pico and blue corn chips. Add chicken, eggs or barbacoa pork.

This is how I remember them on the west bank when he would bring them in the late hours, enjoy. Served with Buttermilk Romano and spicy wing dip.

Our spicy dry rub wings tossed in a sticky honey garlic chili sauce with scallion wheels.

BBQ Smother Wings

Warm Falafels on Baby Kale
Chick peas, black beans, mandarin oranges, cucumber, red onion and sunflower seeds. Drizzled with tahini. Lemon balsamic on the side.

Dinner salad
Spring greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrots, croutons and sunflower seeds. Dressing choices, 1000 Island, Shitake mushroom, Raspberry vinaigrette, Buttermilk Romano or olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Add to your salad a protein choice.
